Asian Baby Bok Choy is a very versatile vegetable. It can be sliced and sautéed. It is excellent in soups, steamed, grilled or braised. Healthy and Nutritious!

If you prefer spicier dishes, feel free to add chili flakes or hot sauce like Sriracha to this recipe to add it to the table.

Choy sum, which is similar to bok choy, can also be used in this recipe.

Choose heads with dark, crisp leaves and white stems without yellow or brown spots. Use them as soon as possible. Store them in the refrigerator, unwashed, in a plastic bag for up to 4 days. Before using, rinse and shake dry.

This recipe is made with chicken broth, but for a vegetarian dish, replace it with vegetable broth.

If there are any leftovers, store the bok choy in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can be eaten as a cold side dish or reheated.

This recipe is a perfect accompaniment to any type of protein such as grilled chicken breast, fish or even boiled eggs. Its taste and texture also pairs perfectly with Tania's Cauliflower and Leek Puree.
