Can you make tuna salad with greek yogurt ?

Greek Yogurt makes the perfect substitute for mayonnaise in tuna salad. With few basic ingredients you can make your own version. My Healthy Tuna Salad recipe provides you with more protein and probiotics from the Greek yogurt.  It goes from something good to a meal that’s  3x healthier.

Let's compare greek yogurt vs mayo :

Low-fat plain Greek yogurt has far less calories than mayo but has a similar consistency that makes it a great substitute to mayo.

100 grams of mayo can be up to 660 calories, have over 70 grams of fat and 0,9 grams of protein compare to 100 grams of low-fat greek yogurt is around 70 calories, have only 2 grams of fat and has around 10 grams or more of protein.

How long my salad stays good in the fridge?

I recommend to put your tuna salad with greek yogurt in an airtight container. It will stay fresh for 3-4 days in the fridge.
This recipe is an easy, fast, inexpensive and tasty meal which is exactly what we look for in snacks and lunch.
